Upon arrival at Halong International Harbour between 12:00 and 12:45 PM, visitors will complete check-in procedures at the cruise's waiting lounge. A tender boat then transports guests to the Signature Cruise, where a welcome drink and safety briefing await before lunch is served in the ship's restaurant.

The cruise sets sail into the secluded Bai Tu Long Bay, offering captivating views of its limestone formations. In the afternoon, the vessel drops anchor in the Cong Do area. This tranquil location provides an ideal setting for kayaking amidst the majestic karsts and swimming in clear waters. Cancellation by Customer:
More than 21 days before check-in: No charge applies.
Between 11 and 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rate will be charged.
Between 7 and 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
Less than 7 days before check-in or a no-show: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
Cancellation due to bad weather:
If the Halong Bay Management Board announces a cancellation before departure from Hanoi (meaning no services have been utilized): A 100% refund will be issued.
If the cancellation occurs during the trip (after some services like transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong have been used): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other services used, with the remainder refunded.

To secure your booking, please provide your passport information at least one week prior to your cruise departure date.

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge (FOC) when sharing all services with parents, limited to one child per cabin. A second child will incur a 50% adult charge (without an extra bed).
Children aged 5 to under 11 years old: One child staying in a double/twin cabin with two adults will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
Children 11 years old and above: Will be charged the full adult rate.
Two children under 11 years old occupying a private cabin will be charged 100% of the full cabin rate.
A third person utilizing an extra bed will be charged 100% of the adult rate.

Transfer services are available for an additional fee and can be arranged through BestPrice Travel or Signature Cruise. Options include limousine D-cars, buses, and private cars, all equipped with amenities such as leather seats, air conditioning, and chargers to ensure a comfortable journey.

For guests booking transfer from Hanoi: Pickup will be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM in the Hanoi Old Quarter. The transfer to Halong Bay typically takes between 2.5 to 3 hours.

For guests traveling independently to the pier: Please ensure you arrive at the Signature waiting lounge located at Halong International Harbor before 11:00 AM. From there, you will be transferred to the main cruise boat via a tender vessel.
