The Hermes Cruise Halong Bay spans four decks, featuring 18 well-appointed cabins, two outdoor jacuzzis, a high-class restaurant, and a range of modern facilities. The first deck hosts eight Junior Suites (28m²), including six double/twin configurations and two Triple Suites (33m²). Additionally, there are two Junior Family Connecting suites (56m²), each comprising two adjoined Junior Suites. The second deck offers ten opulent staterooms, ranging from 30m² to 64m², which include four Senior Suites, two Family Senior Connecting suites, one Family Senior Suite, one Triple Senior, two Royal Suite Terraces, and two President Suites. All suites feature private balconies, with Royal and President Suites boasting expansive views from the stern and bow. The two President Suites also share an exclusive outdoor jacuzzi. The third deck is home to a spacious restaurant, a serene spa room, and the galley. The top deck is an expansive 600m² sundeck with an open layout, an outdoor bar, a music stage, and a four-season jacuzzi, providing 360-degree panoramic views of Halong Bay.

  • 2-day/1-night tour: Buffet lunch and set dinner on Day 1; light breakfast and buffet brunch on Day 2.
  • 3-day/2-night tour: Day 1 meals match the 2-day plan; Day 2 includes full breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 7:30, brunch from 9:45 to 10:30, lunch from 11:30 to 13:00, and dinner from 19:30 to 21:00.

• Cuisine Style: Buffets feature a wide array of Vietnamese and international dishes. The 2-day dinner set menu is Western-style, while the 3-day tour introduces Oriental cuisine on the second day. All dishes are prepared with fresh, regional ingredients. Vegetarian and children's menus are available upon request.
