- Before departing from Hanoi (no services used): 100% refund.

- If a multi-night trip is shortened (e.g., 2 nights to 1 night): Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other utilized services, with the remainder refunded.

Transfers are provided by Cat Ba Express, an affiliate of Halong Serenity Cruises, and are included in your cruise package, offering complimentary round-trip service between Hanoi and Cat Ba Island.
- Pickup is scheduled between 07:00 and 07:30 from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter or the Cat Ba Express office (No.106 Tran Nhat Duat St., Hang Buom Dist., Hanoi).
- Embarkation procedures commence at 10:45, with a welcome drink and greeting from the cruise staff.
- Guests should arrive punctually at the Halong Serenity Cruises office (No.191, Road 1/4, Cat Ba Town) or be ready at their Cat Ba Town hotel between 08:15 and 08:45.
- A Cat Ba Express bus will transport you to Beo Pier for embarkation.
