Guests booked on the Saigon - Phnom Penh - Siem Reap route benefit from organized pick-up and drop-off services at designated lounges.

Saigon: Meeting time is 10:00 at Renaissance Riverside Hotel. The bus departs for the pier at 11:00. Upon disembarkation (around 8:00), a bus transfer returns guests to the Saigon lounge by approximately 10:30.
Siem Reap: Meeting and departure times are subject to water levels. During low water (07:30 meeting), departure is approximately one hour later. During high water (09:30 meeting), departure is also approximately one hour later. Disembarkation is around 08:00 during low water and 08:30 during high water, with bus transfers to the Siem Reap lounge following accordingly.

My Tho Pier (Vietnam): Located in Binh Duc Commune, Chau Thanh District, Tien Giang Province, approximately 70 km from Saigon (2-hour transfer). Embarkation for upstream travel is 13:15; disembarkation for downstream travel is 08:30.
Kampong Cham Port (Cambodia): Situated along the Mekong River near the Kyzuna Bridge, approximately 240 km from Siem Reap. For low water periods, embarkation for downstream travel is 13:30; disembarkation for upstream travel is 08:15.
Phnom Krom Pier (Cambodia): Near Tonle Lake in Siem Reap, about 15 km outside Siem Reap (0.75-hour transfer). For high water periods, embarkation for downstream travel is 11:30; disembarkation for upstream travel is 08:15.

Programs and schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
Exact schedule variations between high and low water programs depend on river levels and will be confirmed two weeks before the travel date.
Passport information (full name, sex, nationality, passport number, date of birth, visa validity) must be provided at least four weeks prior to the cruise date.
Heritage Line is required to retain guests' passports during the cruise due to port authority regulations at various ports of call. Passports will be collected at the meeting point and returned upon disembarkation.
For upstream cruises from Vietnam to Cambodia, Heritage Line assists with arranging Cambodian visas on board upon border arrival. A visa fee of US $27 per person will be added to the onboard invoice.
Gratuities are suggested at US $5 per passenger per day, collected on the last day, but guests are under no obligation to tip. Separate gratuities for tour guides are at guests' discretion.
